Singapore stocks close 0.03 pct higher
SINGAPORE, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- Singapore stocks finished higheron Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) up 0.94points, or 0.03 percent, to close at 3,427.16.
A total of 927.3 million shares changed hands with turnover of1.02 billion Singapore dollars (748.7 million U.S. dollars).
Decliners outnumbered gainers 228 to 164, while 543 othersfinished unchanged.
