LONDON, March 19 (Xinhua) -- The base metal prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher mostly on Thursday.
The three-month unofficial copper price increased 183.5 U.S. dollars, or 3.24 percent, to 5,839
U.S. dollars per tonne.
The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 12 U.S. dollars, or 0.68 percent, to 1,778
U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial lead price increased 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.59 percent, to 1,706 U.S. dollars a tonne.
Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 19.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.98 percent, to 2,012 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 115 U.S. dollars, or 0.84 percent, to 13,727.5
U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial tin price lost 100 U.S. dollars, or0.59 percent, to 16,875 U.S. dollars a tonne. Enditem
