LONDON, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher mostly on Friday.
The three-month unofficial copper price increased 124.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.71 percent, to 4,712.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.
The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 13 U.S. dollars, or 0.88 percent, to 1,489 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial lead price increased 34 U.S. dollars, or 2.02 percent, to 1,721 U.S. dollars a tonne.
Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 28 U.S. dollars, or 1.83 percent, to 1,554 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial nickel price maintained at 8,675 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial tin price lost 25 U.S. dollars, or 0.17 percent, to 14,550 U.S. dollars a tonne.
